The Philippine Council of Cheshire Homes for the Disabled (PhilCOCHED) is a national disability and development organisation operating in Cubao, Quezon City. It is a non-stock, non-profit, non-governmental organisation that promotes and protects the welfare of persons with disabilities in the Philippines towards the attainment of economic independence and their active participation in social, cultural, political and civil life. PhilCOCHED has over 40 years experience working with and for and advocating for the rights of persons with disabilities and is dedicated to the responsive and appropriate partnership of persons with disabilities.
